Rapper Dies After Getting Stuck In Window of House he was Trying to Burglarize

A convicted felon died while trying to break into a home after a window slammed shut on his body, suspending him in air.  Investigators determined that 32-year-old Jonathan Herandez was trying to break into the home by lifting himself through a window.

“While Hernandez was trying to work his way through the window, it unexpectedly closed on top of him, pinning him, and keeping him suspended in [the] air” – Officer Lt. Russell Park

The window had fallen shut on his neck, and his body was hanging limply outside the house. The residents said there was a broken spring on the heavy hurricane window, which would have caused it to slam shut with “incredible” force. The suspect was deceased by the time police arrived at the scene.

Hernandez was previously arrested for his role in a murder case in 2014, grand theft, drug possession, and probation violations.

His friends and family can’t believe Karma finally caught up with their little angel:

Soon as I got there, I’m like, there’s no way. This isn’t what happened” – Hernandez’s fiancée, Patricia Duarte

“He is not a burglar. He’s not a thief. He’s not a bad guy, He liked to have a good time.” – Tyson Lane
